We need a Librarian who would help find information, manage file libraries, prepare budgets, and conduct research for personal and professional use in an office environment.
Job duties may include:
- Create and use databases of files in office library materials
- Organize files and materials so they are easy to find
- Help to conduct file research to evaluate search results and reference materials
- Maintain existing collections of files and choose new methods of keeping materials for easy access.
- Make use of computers and other equipment for the database as needed
- Assist staff in finding files and material in the file library.
